What are shipping Times and Costs?

WHERE I CAN GET MY ORDER?
You can receive it in the address you choose (address, work, etc., never in post section).
How long will my order take?
Delivery deadlines depend on the type of selected shipping.
-For shipments in Spain are 1 to 3 working days.
-For Ceuta, Melilla, Baleares and Canarias The deadlines are expanded 24-48h.
-In the case of international shipments, the deadlines are 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping times are approximate and, as such, are based on deadlines. Cyrana Furs is not responsible for customs delays or payment transactions.
How much should I pay for shipping costs?
Shipping costs for Spain are free. International shipping costs are from 12 to 50 EUR. According to country.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes, through “my account” on orders you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the “order information” link of the confirmation mail to monitor.
What is the process of delivery at home?
If you have chosen delivery at home, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going out of the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company) and finally the carrier You will contact you by SMS or E-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order.
Do I have to pay anything to request a change or return?
In case of return of one or several garments, the client will be responsible for the shipping costs caused, provided that this return is not by error in the merchandise or tare of the garment or a change of size or color.
What is the deadline to make a change or return?
The deadline to be able to return a garment will be 15 days from the reception of the package by the client. Cyrana Furs reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the fixed term, or garments that are not under the same conditions in which they were received.
Can I change or return any article?
Yes, as long as they are in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels. In the event that there is no stock of the article and it is necessary to make its preparation, it will not be possible to return it.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your banking entity.
What instructions should I follow in case of return?
In the case of return you must follow the following steps:

-If the requirements of the previous point have been respected we will proceed to the sending of a new garment (without shipping costs and provided that the garment is in stock) or to the payment of the amount of the returned products.
-In the case of tara or error, the return will be done integrally by Cyrana Furs.
-In the rest of the cases, it will be the client who takes care of them. In this case, when returning the total amount of the purchase, the amount of shipping costs will be subtracted.
Once the form is completed, the application is sent to the store manager.
The application appears as "waiting for confirmation" on the "merchandise returns" page of the client's account, accessible from the customer account page.
How can I make a size or color change?
If you want to make a change, you must return the original product, and in parallel make a new order to buy the desired product. In cases of size or color changes, shipping costs are completely free. The shipping costs of a new return of an already changed garment will be the total responsibility of the client. The request for change to info@cyranafurs.com must be notified.
The steps to follow are the same as to make a merchandise return.

What is your exchanges, return and refounds polycy?

Items Returned Within 14 Days of The Original Shipment Date in Same As New Condition Will Be Choose for Full Refund or Store Credit. Refounds will be charged back to the original form of payment used For purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making return and shipping/handling fees of Original Purchase is non-refundable.
